  • MFA acquisition drove full-year Animal Health growth to 21 percent: Animal Health net sales increased $199.4 million or 21% for full year to $1,162.2 million. MFAs and other increased $164.4 million or 25%, including $146.1 million from products acquired in MFA portfolio on October 31, 2024.
  • Fourth quarter gross margin expanded 490 basis points: Fourth quarter gross profit margin increased to 33.9% from 29.0%, a 490 basis point improvement. Excluding acquisition-related items, margin increased 380 bps to 34.6% due to higher sales volume, favorable product mix, and increases in average selling prices.
  • Full year gross margin up 290 basis points to 33.8 percent: Annual gross profit increased $112.6 million or 28% to $512.5 million. Gross margin expanded from 30.9% to 33.8%, or 290 basis points. Adjusted for non-recurring items, margin expanded 230 bps to 34.6% due to increased sales and favorable product mix.
