Who we are
greeksoup.ai and the GreekSoup desk are published by Shikshan Nivesh, a brand of Borkar Nexus Private Limited, Gokul Apartment, Wada Road 7B, Rajgurunagar, Pune 410505, Maharashtra, India. "We" in these terms means Borkar Nexus Private Limited. By using the site or the desk you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use either.
Who may use it
greeksoup is for people aged 18 and over.
Your account
An account is optional and free, and every page stays open without one. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email safe, and for what is done through your account. You can delete it at any time from My page; it can be brought back by signing in within 30 days, and is erased after that. We may close an account used to abuse the site.
GreekSoup Premium
Premium is the paid plan on greeksoup.ai. It gives you SuperAnalyst, our AI research agent, on US-listed companies; the prices are on the pricing page. In India you pay through Cashfree Payments, as one payment for a month or a year, or by card through Stripe; outside India by card through Stripe. A Stripe plan renews each month or each year until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from Manage your plan in SuperAnalyst; Premium then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded once made, except in the cases listed in the refunds and cancellations policy. Every payment gets a GST invoice from Borkar Nexus Private Limited.
Premium includes generous monthly use of SuperAnalyst, renewed each month on the day your Premium started. When a month's use is reached, SuperAnalyst says so and opens again on that day. SuperAnalyst's answers are written by an AI model from the company's filings and calls and can be wrong; the rules under "Not advice" and "Every number can be wrong" apply to them in full. We may change the plan or its price; a new price applies from your next payment, and we tell you before it does.
Not advice
Nothing on the site, in the repository or on the desk is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or tailored to anyone's situation. Neither Shikshan Nivesh nor Borkar Nexus Private Limited is registered as an investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager with SEBI, the SEC or any other regulator. A company appears on the site because it files with the SEC, and carries no view.
Every number can be wrong
Filings get restated, data arrives late and anything can be misread. Check the filing before you act on a number; the stock pages link to it. Nothing here replaces your own judgment or a licensed professional's.
No orders, and your own risk
The desk as published places no orders. If you extend it to trade, you do so at your own risk and under your own broker's and regulator's rules. Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital.
What you may do with the pages
Read the pages, download the spreadsheets, follow the feeds, quote a figure with a link back, and let your own AI read the pages for your research: that is what they are for. Copying the site in bulk at a rate that slows it down, or republishing its pages, feeds or data as your own product, is not permitted.
Other sites and other people's data
The filings and sites we link to belong to others and are used under their terms. Data from third-party providers stays under its provider's terms. Data sources says what the site builds its data from.
The desk's licence
The desk is open source under the MIT licence, and the licence file in the repository is the whole of it.
No warranties
The site, its data and the desk are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Pages change, can disappear when a company leaves a list, and can be down for a while; no one is owed a page, a feed or uptime.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss that follows from using the site, its data or the desk. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it, which for a free account is nothing.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
