Refunds and cancellations
This policy covers GreekSoup Premium, the only paid part of greeksoup.ai. It forms part of our terms.
No refunds
- Payments for GreekSoup Premium are not refunded, in full or in part, once they are made. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and to the first payment and every renewal.
- Please read the pricing page before you pay. SuperAnalyst is on every US company page, so you can see what it does before buying.
Cancelling
- If you pay by card through Stripe, the plan renews each month or each year. Cancel any time on Your account, under Plan, or by email. Cancelling stops the next charge, Premium continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo it until then.
- If you pay by UPI or an Indian card through Cashfree, the plan renews each month or each year. Cancel any time on Your account, under Plan, or by email. Cancelling stops the next payment, and Premium continues until the end of the period you paid for. A cancelled Cashfree renewal cannot be switched back on, but you can start Premium again after it ends.
- If you pay once by net banking through Cashfree, the payment covers one month or one year and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
When we do return a payment
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged and Premium did not switch on, and we could not fix it within 3 business days of you telling us.
- The law requires a refund.
- Email hello@greeksoup.ai with the email you signed in with, the date you paid and the payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days. A returned payment goes back the way you paid (Cashfree Payments or Stripe), takes 7 to 10 business days to show, and gets a credit note against its GST invoice.
