The data on greeksoup is by Shikshan Nivesh, built from the official record of US companies and their markets.

What we build from it

• Insider trades, planned insider sales and fund holdings, from Form 4, Form 144 and 13F filings.
• Short interest, options activity and trades by members of Congress, from the official public records.
• Prices, after every US market close.
• Ratios, growth rates and valuation history, worked out by us, with every formula on the formulas page.
• What each company does, written by us from its latest annual report.
