Cable networks

FOX News Media, meaning FOX News and FOX Business, and the sports networks FS1, FS2, the Big Ten Network and FOX Deportes produce and license news, business news and sports for traditional and virtual pay television distributors and other digital platforms. Nielsen estimated FOX News in 55 million subscriber homes at 30 June 2026 against 61 million a year earlier, FOX Business at 52 million against 60 million, FS1 at 55 million, FS2 at 39 million, the Big Ten Network at 38 million and FOX Deportes at 7 million, every one of them lower than the year before. FOX News Media also runs the subscription service FOX Nation, the free service FOX Weather and FOX News Digital.

Broadcast and stations

The FOX Network supplies 15 hours of weekly primetime programming to 209 local market affiliates, 18 of them owned by the company, covering close to every U.S. market according to Nielsen. Sport is the spine of the schedule: the NFL including America's Game of the Week, the FIFA Men's World Cup, MLB with the post-season and the World Series, college football and basketball, MLS, the NASCAR Cup Series including the Daytona 500, INDYCAR and the UFL, with the Super Bowl and the UEFA European Championship in certain years. From the 2023 NFL season the company holds an 11-year media rights agreement with the NFL, subject to a one-time NFL termination right after the 2029 season. Primetime is aimed at the 18 to 49 year old audience and in particular at the 18 to 34 year olds. FOX Television Stations owns 29 full power stations including 11 duopolies, of which 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network and 11 with MyNetworkTV, and runs the FLX digital advertising platform and free streaming services including LiveNOW from FOX and FOX Soul.

Tubi and FOX One

Tubi carries a library of over 350,000 movies and television episodes from over 600 content partners and over 340 sports, entertainment and local news linear streaming channels, among them feeds from over 100 local television stations covering 77 DMAs. In fiscal 2026 it generated over 13 billion hours of total view time and averaged approximately 2.2% of all television viewing according to Nielsen's The Gauge. FOX One, launched in August 2025, is the wholly-owned subscription streaming service carrying the full portfolio of FOX brands live and on demand, sold on its own, in bundles with other distributors and to pay television subscribers on an authenticated basis.

The Roku agreement

On 14 June 2026 the company and Roku entered a definitive agreement under which FOX would acquire Roku for $96.00 in cash and 0.9693 shares of FOX Class A Common Stock for each Roku share, at a fixed exchange ratio. Both boards approved it unanimously and it requires both sets of stockholders, clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and other antitrust and investment screening approvals. Either party owes the other a termination fee of approximately $866 million in certain circumstances, FOX owes Roku approximately $1.2 billion if regulatory approvals fail, and FOX reimburses Roku up to $70 million of costs if its own Class B stockholders decline to approve the share issue.

Credible and the lot

Credible Labs operates consumer finance and insurance marketplaces in the United States, showing consumers rate options for student loans, personal loans, mortgages and insurance policies from a range of lending and insurance providers. The FOX Studio Lot in Los Angeles provides television and film production services along with office space and studio operation services.
