greeksoup.ai is an investment research tool and a data site, published for educational purposes by Shikshan Nivesh. Reading it, downloading from it, or running the desk means you accept these terms.

Who publishes it

greeksoup.ai and the GreekSoup desk are published by Shikshan Nivesh. Anything these terms do not cover, including the governing law, follows the Shikshan Nivesh terms of service. There is no account here and nothing to buy on this site; the desk is free and open source.

Not advice

Nothing on this site, in the repository, or on the desk itself is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or tailored to anyone's situation. Shikshan Nivesh is not registered as an investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager with SEBI, the SEC or any other regulator. Companies on the screens and on the stock pages are there because a filing names them, and carry no view.

Every number can be wrong

The desk reads broker accounts, public filings, market data feeds and news sources; the stock pages are built by a program from the filings. Every number can be wrong, late or misread, because feeds change, filings get restated and code has bugs. Verify against the primary source before acting on anything. Every figure on a stock page links to the filing it was read from, for that reason. Nothing here is a substitute for your own judgment or for a licensed professional's.

No orders, and your own risk

This copy places no orders. If you extend the desk to trade, you do so entirely at your own risk and under your own broker's and regulator's rules. Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital. Shikshan Nivesh accepts no liability for any loss that follows from using the site, the data, the feeds or the desk.

What you may do with the pages

Read the pages, download the spreadsheets, follow the feeds, and quote a figure with a link back to the page or the filing; that is what they are for, personal use and your own research. The figures are public record. The pages, the feeds and the way the record is arranged here are Shikshan Nivesh's work: copying the site wholesale, or republishing its pages or feeds as your own product, is not permitted.

Other people's data

Data from third-party providers is subject to their terms; a paid feed's data may not be redistributed. The stock pages are built from public filings and exchange records, and the about page names each source.

The licence

The desk is open source under the MIT licence, and the licence file in the repository is the whole of it. AI coding tools, including Claude Code, wrote this software.

The site changes

Pages are rebuilt every night and can change, disappear when a company leaves a list, or be down while a build runs; no one is owed a page, a feed or an uptime. These terms can change too; the build date at the foot of every page is the date of the version you are reading.
